Services
We start by understanding what anchors a household: the things that give daily life its sense of fulfilment, purpose, and presence. From there, the work is helping the household find those things again in a Dutch context, and taking as much friction out of the way as possible. Six months in, success looks like a household growing into its own independence, confidence, and comfort in a new life in the Netherlands.
The Household Integration Plan is the working document at the centre of an engagement. It begins as a template and fills in gradually, with the household, across the coaching sessions. It holds:
We use the Plan to structure each conversation and to recommend the right resource at the right moment. The household keeps its own copy and can look at it whenever they want, for clarity on where things stand and encouragement in how far they have come. The Plan stays between the household and us. HR does not receive it.
We don't process immigration or visas, and don't give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice or psychological counselling. Where a household needs any of that, we help them find the right qualified professional. We are also not an emergency or crisis-response service.
We offer two household categories:
For an employee relocating alone.
For a household with a spouse, partner, dependent child, or other accompanying dependant. The price doesn't increase with household size.
Both cover pre-arrival onboarding through six full months of post-arrival support in Greater Amsterdam.
Engagements are confidential. What a household talks through with us stays private. HR receives a high-level status only, and hears about a risk to the assignment when there genuinely is one. A household that engages lightly, or not at all, is never passed along as a sign of trouble.
